The new Elitis “Quota” program for windows and doors enables the rapid selection of the required style and finish from the impressive range of products, presented as stunning full colour pictorial quotations and survey reports, on screen and as printouts.

One strength of the Quota software is its ability to be tailored to the customer’s requirements. Not only will it produce accurate prices for windows and doors, but can also be customised to allow extra costs associated with the sale, such as fitting costs, trims, skip hire, waste removal etc. as well as discounts and profit margins, to be calculated into the final sale price. Customised reports can be designed to mimic existing quotes and order confirmations.

Quota will soon have the ability to generate the paperwork involved in placing frame orders. Once the window and door information is entered into Quota, all associated paperwork is generated, eliminating the need for customers to re-write order details on order forms.
