So why is this so important?

Well, your customers want a trouble free roof not just when newly built, but for a long time to come! It is estimated that over a period of 25 years, each roof will have 50 foot of water deluged upon it, 450 days of snow falling, 9125 days with temperatures in the range of -15°C to + 35°C.

Because our roof manufacturing is regularly checked by the BBA, they state that each roof made to their specifications will have 'a life expectancy of at least 25 years'.
