If you are a small builder or specialist installer our Commercial Projects Team is there to help you on projects that might be just outside of your expertise.

If you are an Architect, Specifier or Project Manager then Listers Commercial Projects Team can provide you with full survey, design and installation services to meet your requirements.

To get a better idea of what our Commercial Projects Department are capable of, we have listed the skill sets below for you.

Survey Service
Our survey team can assist in new build and refurbishment works such as Aluminium or PVCu windows and doors, conservatories, flat roofing, shopfronts, fire escape items etc. And for tricky technical designs such as bay windows, high energy efficient glazing, portal structures of low rise curtain walling we are capable of supporting you all the way down the line.

Complete Installation Service or Support
Our Projects team all work for Listers. We do not sub contract which means we have developed close relationships and understanding with our staff who are fully trained and certificated. Our installation team are here to help with new build windows and doors, replacement windows for property developers or landlords and specialist window installations, (sash window, pivot, fully reversible configurations for example.)

If you are asked to take on works that you don’t usually carry out, e.g. a complicated conservatory design etc, why not talk to our fully trained team? They are here to support you. Now there's no need to swerve the truly difficult jobs if you make best use of our Projects team.

We are also here to help if you need us when it comes to roofline products. Whether it be installing fascia boards, guttering or rainwater products, or completed installation of flat roofing works. We are able to help you on specialist glazing jobs too.

Aluminium is rapidly growing as a sought after product, but if you haven’t used Aluminium before it may appear to be a tricky proposition. Listers manufacture and install Aluminium products for the commercial and domestic market including windows, doors and bi-folds, (where we are specialists). This means that you can have our full support when taking on this magnificent folding door product. Curtain walling is a very specialised area, but again this shouldn't deter you from taking the job on as you can simply tap into our commercial support.

We are also able to help with any minor building work thanks to having skilled bricklayers and joiners as part of the team. And our knowledge of underfloor heating and base work, means that a full service is only a phone call away.

So whether it is a survey, design or installation support, or a fully managed project that you require we are well prepared to service your needs.

Qualifications
In our opinion, quality work can only be carried out by a quality team. Listers has its own fully NEBOSH Qualified Health and Safety Manager and we are Investors in People Accredited. We also invest heavily in training our Commercial Projects Team to the highest standards. Our team have attained NVQ level two or higher for Fenestration Installation. All our staff are CRB checked and first aid trained. We have CSCS construction skills certification and as the nature of our work brings us into contact with some hazardous materials, we are also asbestos aware qualified.

Our team are fully trained in manual handling techniques, tower scaffold erecting and working at heights qualified.

And bear in mind....
We are here to work with you. If you would like to make use of our project management facilities, we can organise and run the project on your behalf. We're a FENSA certified company and members of the Glass and Glazing Federation, (in fact our MD is the Vice President) so you can be safe in the knowledge that you are dealing with a quality organisation. We typically work within an 80 mile radius of Stoke on Trent though we will work further afield on application.
