BS EN 12608 (KM 12892)
All Listers windows are made from materials, which meet the requirements of BS EN 12608. This is the specification for PVCu extruded hollow profiles with heat welded corner joints for plastic windows. Materials are Type A.This means that plastic profiles and our windows are regularly tested by the British Standards Institute for Quality and consistency.

BS 7412 (KM 39226)
All Listers windows are made as standard following the requirements of BS 7412. This is the specification for plastic windows manufactured from PVCu extruded hollow profiles. This means that the British Standards Institute regularly tests our windows for Quality and consistency.

BS 7950 (KM39227)
All Listers windows use the high security locking mechanisms and hinges. This was Kitemark confirms that as an extra option at the time of order, certification to the specification for enhanced security performance (formerly known as PAS011) of fully fabricated PVCu windows in association with BS 7412, can be provided. Windows ordered, as BS 7950 will be reinforced to this criteria including casements, the lock materials used are superior, extra hinge locks are fitted along with heavy duty anti-jemmi blocks. The British Standards Institution for security has rigorously tested these windows. They are built to resist prolonged forced entry.
